Service Description

This 40 hour course involves 16 hours of classroom theory, 8 hours of presentation, plus 16 hours of co-teaching a discipline of the student's choosing. The goal of the Instructor Course is to provide an effective professional development program which will help instructors provide high quality delivery of our training material. The Heads Up Safety Services trained instructor will be able to identify and use the four steps of the teaching technique, as identified in the NFPA 1041 Instructor Standard, as well as provincial legislative standards.
